{"id":16651,"date":"2024-03-02T16:44:57","date_gmt":"2024-03-02T15:44:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.r-box.be\/general-terms-and-conditions-of-sale\/"},"modified":"2024-03-02T17:05:55","modified_gmt":"2024-03-02T16:05:55","slug":"general-terms-and-conditions-of-sale","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.r-box.be\/en\/general-terms-and-conditions-of-sale\/","title":{"rendered":"General Terms and Conditions of Sale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applicability<\/h2>\n\n<p>These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all offers, orders and agreements between R-Box asbl (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Seller&#8221;) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Buyer&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offers and Agreements<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All offers made by the Seller are subject to change and subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An agreement is concluded when the Buyer places an order via the Seller&#8217;s website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without giving any reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices and Payment<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment must be made at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be fulfilled at the prices in force at the time of the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Seller shall exercise the utmost care in the receipt and execution of orders for products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The specified delivery times are indicative and non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays in delivery do not entitle the Buyer to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retention<\/h2>\n\n<p>All products delivered remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement within fourteen days after receipt of the products without giving reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The costs for return shipping are at the expense of the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the Buyer&#8217;s specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guarantee<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Seller guarantees that the products delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that may be imposed on them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The warranty period is one year after receipt of the products, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Seller&#8217;s liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product in question.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or lost profits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaints<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complaints about the delivered products must be reported to the Seller in writing within seven days of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller will process and deal with complaints as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All offers, orders and agreements are governed by Belgian law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disputes between parties will initially be settled through negotiation. If no amicable solution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Turnhout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Privacy<\/h2>\n\n<p>For information on how the Seller collects, uses, and protects personal data, please refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.r-box.be\/en\/privacy-policy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alterations<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time.
