General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Applicability

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all offers, orders and agreements between R-Box asbl (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”).

Offers and Agreements

  • All offers made by the Seller are subject to change and subject to availability.
  • An agreement is concluded when the Buyer places an order via the Seller’s website.
  • The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without giving any reason.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be fulfilled at the prices in force at the time of the order.

Delivery

  • The Seller shall exercise the utmost care in the receipt and execution of orders for products.
  • The specified delivery times are indicative and non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Delays in delivery do not entitle the Buyer to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

Retention

All products delivered remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.

Right of withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement within fourteen days after receipt of the products without giving reasons.
  • The costs for return shipping are at the expense of the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the Buyer’s specifications.

Guarantee

  • The Seller guarantees that the products delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that may be imposed on them.
  • The warranty period is one year after receipt of the products, unless otherwise stated.

Liability

  • The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product in question.
  • The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or lost profits.

Complaints

  • Complaints about the delivered products must be reported to the Seller in writing within seven days of receipt.
  • The Seller will process and deal with complaints as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen days.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • All offers, orders and agreements are governed by Belgian law.
  • Disputes between parties will initially be settled through negotiation. If no amicable solution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Turnhout.

Alterations

The Seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The amended terms and conditions apply to new orders.
