Months later during the Birmingham fair we found some new sexy looking bonnet clips, unfortunately with a total different shape. So again some additional polyester work at the trunk cover.
We had to remove a few holes but with the polish experience of Bert it was more even than baby skin. We decided not to repaint it since this will completely blend in when the car gets the wrapping.
The result does not look really bad and it’s waterproof. In our case it can be an advantage :-)
